ABOUT

I am an oil painter from Newbury Park, CA, born in 1993. I began painting in 2015 at CSUCI and have been learning painting techniques under Professor Christophe Bourely since then. As an artist, I am interested in channeling my emotions through painting. I use art as a form of expressing my feelings.

I focus my paintings on faces and hands as I find it both challenging and rewarding to capture the unique and expressive characteristics of these two parts of the body.

I revived my B.A. in Studio Art from CSU Channel Islands where I was acknowledged as an outstanding senior student and given the opportunity to have a Solo Exhibition for my series "Body Language." Along with the solo show, I was interviewed for a press release in March of 2018. I have participated in auctions for paintings and was selected amongst a group to be invited to do a 90 minute live painting to promote Art Trek in my home town, Newbury Park.
